			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you have not heard, hurricane Omar decided to take a turn and head further east and as such, it completely missed the island of Culebra. The sun is shining and I just went for a swim at Tamarindo Beach and the water temp is perfect!</p>

The first forty seconds of the video were taken at 12:30pm and the last thirty seconds (when Omar&#8217;s rain begins) were shot at 1:30pm only one hour later.

<p>Video was shot using a Flip camera. As long as the power and internet stay on then I will continue to post. However, it&#8217;s supposed to get really bad starting later this evening according to the <a href="http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/text/refresh/MIATCPAT5+shtml/151759.shtml?" title="Hurrican Omar Information">National Hurricane Center</a>.</p>
